Immediate implant loading
Instant is an exclusive system for the instant loading of implants patented by Corus, making it possible to smile right from the start. Nothing alters the patient’s image because straight after surgery the provisional teeth, which have been produced in a digital workflow, are attached.
Key elements of the Instant system
Provisional teeth
Developed in a 100% digital workflow. The ideal position of the teeth will govern the placement of the implants and when this is taken into account during pre-surgery planning stage everything runs more smoothly.
Positioning guide
Along with the design of the provisional teeth, a surgical guide is prepared which allows easy and precise placement as planned. This guide makes it possible to mark the position of each implant from the outset.
Instant abutment
Straight and angled transmucosal abutments of 2-4mm. They integrate a patented grip system. Suitable for most implants. Manufactured under ISO 9001, 13845 and CE marked.
Grip system
One of the fundamentals of Instant. Through an exclusive patented click system, Instant abutments connect easily with resin abutments in order to help the fixation of provisional teeth.
Perio·Aid® Gel
Bioadhesive gel with 0.2% chlorhexidine. With hyaluronic acid which forms a protective layer and favours quick regeneration of the perimplant tissues.
Instant is a set of medical devices manufactured in licensed healthcare facilities and under strict quality standards; meeting the requirements of national and European medical device regulations. They are protected by national and European patents.
Instant protocol
By using digital planning of the provisional teeth and their subsequent production, the entire protocol is more streamlined and predictable, enabling optimum assimilation of tissues. While the patient is using the Instant provisionals, we are able to assess how they are adapting to them in order to guarantee perfect production of the end product. With Instant Plan we integrate a support service to help with the surgical planning of the implants. This boosts the predictability of the system and enables the success of the whole job.

Instant process
CHECKING MATERIALS
Before surgery you are recommended to check that you have everything you need for instant loading (Instant abutments, abutments for resin, screws, provisional teeth and guide) and to make sure the Tool Box and Help Box are in full working order.
ATTACHING INSTANT ABUTMENTS
Attach each abutment with the help of the Instant abutment holders.
Torque: D3 15 Nm · D4: 25 Nm · D5: 30 Nm · D6: 30 Nm
RECOMMENDATION: Use Perio·Aid® before attaching each Instant abutment in order to guarantee maximum possible asepsis.
ATTACHING ABUTMENTS FOR RESIN
Connect the abutment for resin to the Instant abutment using the grip system until you hear a click. Use the abutment holder in order to complete the attachment effortlessly.
WARNING: Isolate exposed tissues during surgery before connecting the abutment for resin to the provisional teeth.
CONNECTION
Before connecting the Instant abutments to the abutments for resin, check that the guide fits correctly and that no abutments get in the way. Apply acrylic resin to the inside of the provisional pieces and to the retainer of the abutments for resin. Place into the mouth using the positioning guide.
WARNING: Do not use flow composites in the connection.
FINISHING OFF
Once it has polymerised, remove and shape the surfaces of the pontic pieces using liquid resin. When they have been created, start drilling the occlusal surfaces for the screw to go through. The Tool Box has everything you need.
SMILE
Polish the modified bases and the contours of the protrusions. Check that each screw is working passively. Adjust the occlusion to the needs of each case. Screw with maximum torque of 15 Nm. Provisionally cover the access to each implant and ask the patient to smile.

This system has been patented by Corus. All the elements are manufactured with strict quality controls. The speedy fitting with instant loading reduces the amount of visits and the time spent with each patient, increasing the capacity of the clinic.

The bibliography demonstrates the benefits of immediate use of transmucosal abutments in implant restorations. Using them allows for stable perimplant tissues from the time of surgery, which brings notable benefits.
PERFECT IMAGE
No metal caps or gaps on display. The patient needn’t hide their smile or feel uncomfortable about smiling.
JUST ONE VISIT
The patient leaves the dentist’s with implants and provisional teeth in place straight after surgery. So there is no need to come back for a later fitting and doesn’t have to spend any time at all with a feeling that something is missing in their mouth.
JUST LIKE THE ORIGINAL ONES
The provisional teeth are designed and made to measure for each individual. They fit onto the gums, perfectly moulding and integrating the remaining teeth. Therefore, you don’t notice them.

Treatment is faster and more streamlined than conventional methods. And the fitting of the provisional teeth is more comfortable and hardly bothers you at all.
MORE BIOLOGICAL
Connecting an Instant abutment at the time of surgery guarantees a greater chance of survival for the implant and increases the success of the treatment in the long term.
